Event Manager

Terroir Tours is growing. And quickly too. That’s why we are looking for an Event Manager who can organise our experiences down to the finest details and elevate them to a higher level..

What will you be doing?

You are responsible for the complete organisation of our events: from request to execution. You coordinate bookings, manage suppliers, and ensure that every customer has a top experience..

Your role:

  • Planning and coordination of events (various activities, corporate outings, private events)
  • Managing freelancers and partners
  • Customer contact and follow-up of requests
  • Thinking about new concepts, workflows, and improvements

Who are you?

  • Practical and organisationally strong
  • You enjoy fast-paced environments and switch gears quickly
  • Customer-oriented, but also results-driven
  • Experience in events/hospitality is a plus

About Terroir Tours

We are not a traditional tourist company. Terroir Tours is a rapidly growing experience organisation that organises wine safaris, Vespa adventures, vintage Fiat 500 tours, and much more in the most beautiful regions of Flanders in the future. Our team is young, passionate, and creative – but we need someone to keep an eye on the numbers and the structure. That’s you.

What are we looking for?

An experienced administrative talent who helps steer our growth in the right direction. Not a paper pusher, but a sharp, hands-on thinker with vision, precision and courage.

You’ll be the administrative backbone of our operations: from invoicing and flex staffing to inbox management and budget control.

Your responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration: managing the inbox, phone calls, planning and dispatch
  • Accounting tasks: invoicing, payment follow-up and preparation for the accountant
  • Budget management and analysis: thinking along, contributing ideas and reporting on financial insights
  • Contract management: preparing and following up on freelance, flex worker and student contracts
  • Team support: creating structure and helping shape and improve processes

You are

  • Experienced in administration, accounting and budget follow-up (at least 3 years of experience).
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven and a strong communicator
  • Takes ownership and isn’t afraid of responsibility
  • Flexible and solution-oriented
  • Someone who brings structure to creative chaos
  • Willing to turn summer overtime into winter vacation days

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Exact Online, Odoo, or similar)? A plus!

Experience in tourism or events? A bonus!

Job description: 

We are always looking for enthusiastic wine guides. You will guide visitors through the vineyards and tell them all about the unique wines of this region.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding wine tours and tastings.
  • Sharing knowledge about local wines and their production process.
  • Maintaining contacts with local wine producers.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of wines and wine production.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work as a flexi or freelancer.
